Packages with a Cruise: 250$ per person

Special dates may require different terms of payment.
RETURNED CHECKS
25$ fee
CHANGES AFTER DEPOSIT
25$ per amendment plus any expenses required by suppliers.
PASSENGERS PERSONAL DATA
Passengers are responsible to provide a correctly spelled name, address, email and phone number. Names provided must match the first and last name written in their passports.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Documents will be provided electronically. Passengers who request paper documents will be subject to a service fee of 20$ per person. Documents will be sent via e-mail or mailed 30 days prior to departure, provided that full payment has been received at least 45 days prior to departure. PO Box numbers cannot be used for delivery of travel documents.

Are subject to change without notice.
HOTEL& CRUISE ACCOMMODATIONS
They will be provided according to the itinerary . We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels or with cruise ships of equal standard.
CRUISES
The passenger cruise ticket constitutes an integral part of our terms and conditions.
MEALS ON TOUR
As specified in each itinerary.
TRANSFERS
As indicated in each tour, by taxi, private car, van, or motor vehicle.
SIGHTSEEING
They will be operated by private car, van or motor-vehicle.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
On certain dates, some monuments and sites may be closed. Itineraries may be amended to reflect these closures.
LUGGAGE
On tour packages you are allowed one piece of luggage per person and one carry-on bag. Excess luggage will be subject to additional charges. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of luggage and/or personal items.
ITINERARY & HOTEL CHANGE
We reserve the right to amend the sequence of a tour or to substitute any of the hotels with hotels of equal standard at no cost adjustment.
HEALTH, PASSPORT & VISA REQUIREMENTS
Passengers are responsible for health up-to-date requirements, such as, valid vaccination certificates. Passengers are also responsible to ensure that they have the proper travel documents and VISA requirements and they are obliged to check with the corresponding consulate/embassy or with the appropriate visa agency.
CANCELLATION
Packages without a Cruise:
Up to 45 days prior to departure: 50$ per person.
45 to 21 days prior to departure: 15% of the cost.
20 to 08 days prior to departure: 25% of the cost.
07 days to 01 day of departure or no-show: 100% of cost.
Packages with a Cruise:
75 to 46 days prior to departure: the required deposit per person.
45 to 16 days prior to departure: 50% of cost.
15 days prior to departure or no-show: 90% of cost.
NOTE: If a passenger cancels voluntarily a cruise, cancellation fees will apply irrespective if the cruise line cancels the cruise, at a later date, for whatever reason (maritime law).Passanger are required to board the ship 3 hours prior the departure time, as the sailing time may change with no prior notice
RESPONSIBILITY
GetAway Cruises and its representatives abroad, act only as independent contractors and they are not acting on behalf of the customer or the suppliers and principals. GetAway Cruises does not own nor operate the hotels, motor coaches, airlines, cruise lines, or any other service providers which compose their tours, and will not be held responsible for the quality of the services, for changes and/or cancellations for any reason, by airlines, hotels, cruise ships, ferries, motor companies, restaurants and other service providers, in general. MSC Cruise Ships are classified as 5*, and Louis Cruise Ships are classified as 4*.
